I chose to practice in my hometown of Forest Hills in Queens County for personal reasons. As a lifelong resident, I have a keen perspective on how the real estate market has changed, the history of the area and the people in the area. My past experience with the Real Estate Financing Bureau of the Attorney General's Office in New York has enabled me to gain valuable knowledge regarding the review of all cooperative and condominium offerings established in New York and I was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986 and began my solo practice in 1988. At the law office of Robert Kaplan, P.C., we offer representation in real estate law, real estate lending, probate administration and wills.
